We are a Bulk Billing Clinic
We are a bulk billing clinic for all patients with a valid Medicare or DVA card. We also welcome patients who are covered under Overseas Visitor Health Cover or Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC or OSVC). If you have a valid OSHC or OSVC card, you will be required to pay the rebate amount at the time of your consult. You will be provided with an invoice, so you are able to claim directly with your insurer.
There are some instances where Medicare/DVA do not cover your appointment. Appointments such as Commercial Licenses, Work Related medicals, and varying paperwork completion. All fees will be advised to you at the time of booking such an appointment.

Information
Scripts/Referrals
Our doctors do not do repeat scripts and/or referrals without an appointment.
Procedures
All procedures (except Iron Infusions) will be bulk billed for all eligible patients.
Other Tests & Examinations
Your doctor may request examinations or tests to be completed within the Clinic to assist with your diagnosis or ongoing care. Additional charges may apply, which your doctor will discuss with you at your appointment.
Fees are payable at the time of your consultation. HMC accept cash, EFTPOS, Mastercard and Visa.
Please note that all fees charged are at each individual doctor’s discretion.
Payment Modes
Fees are payable at the time of the consultation, we accept cash, EFTPOS, Mastercard and Visa.
We have an integrated EFTPOS and Medicare claiming system which allows you to claim your Medicare rebate while still in the practice. Most claims are rebated on to your debit card immediately.
